I have an office in a station . I store there varuious stuff, BPOS BPCs POS fuels etc... I have a POS in the same system etc...
Since i had read about the office renting fees i noticed that in case the office rental period expires i may lose the stuff. Since the office rental fee is taken from master wallet i had left several millions in there so in case the rental period expires the money could be taken by there, automaticly i thought... BUT NOOOO IT DOESN'T HAPPEN AUTOMATICALLY.
What the hell! I mean is this so hard to be implemented? I almost lost all my corp assets. Why not make it so that if the office rental period expires and there is cash in the master corp wallet the fee to be substracted from there instead of losing the corp hangar and all your stuff.
And yes it looks like a rant and it looks like a rant because i am furious right now  |

Also from what i have noticed there is no way to extend the rent in some way in your current office. Looks like when the rent is about to expire there is no option to pay ahead for the next month for the current office and you need to take all your stuff out of the corp hangar > then terminate the office > then rent new office and try to sort out everything from the beggining.
Is there an option to extend the rental period of CURRENT office some way or do i have to rent a new one each time? |

What does this have to do with anything? I didn't ask for direct debit. I had 100 millions in master wallet (where the cash is supposed to be taken for office rent each time) Office rent was about 2 millions , would it be so hard to be programised so in case office period expires to be taken from the master wallet automatically? |

Or you can just pay it when you get the mail notification that it's due.
YEah i saw the impound stuff and managed to get them back. As i said I ALMOST LOST ALL MMY STUFF. I ALMOST means that i didn't lose them. But i was furious to see that i should have in mind this little thing as well. I thought that if you let isk in some wallet division (in our case is the master wallet) or maybe even they could create a specific wallet division to put money into that could be used just for that purpose.
Is all that i am saying so hard? Why noone of CCP ever thought about this? |

You get a evemail from each NPC corporation you own a office at when rent is due.
You can see your payable bills and rentals in the Corporation tab.
You can pay those rentals even if they are not due.
You should actualy log in and play before you turn on your ranting face. Losing assets because of this is your own damn fault, and i cant see why CCP should change something that works perfectly fine for everyone apart from you.

But if the same would happen with your credit card fee i bet you wouldn't like it at all. We set our credit card to pay for the game and we choose the payment intervals be it each 3 months each 6 or 1 year. And when the time comes it happens automatically. Now imagine if one would have to manage this thing every month.
Why is so necessary when it has to do with our credit card dues and so hard when is about the office rent in game? |

The line that prepays the dues for next month is a simple line of text. One can't know that by right clicking it another ooption will appear that is the pay dues button. There should be at least a visible button next to the line instead of having a line of text that the player must figure he has to right click it for more options.
And of course there is the issue of someone having to be away from computer for some time for real life problems...
The game mechanic that may mislead you is actually that in order to rent an office for your corp the cash needs to be subtracted from corp's master wallet. That can make one think that the sum will be taken automatically when time comes unless the ceo cancels the office rent himself. I had read a guide on the internet about POS managment that was suggesting to always have some cash into the master wallet for that purpose and it was because of that suggestion that made me believe that the sum would be taken automatically by there.
And yeah i managed to set a POS fuel it and do some BPO research but i didn't figure how to pay the rent because the option was hidden somewhere into the game's chaotic interface. After this i will start right clicking every text line in the game. Who knows what new thing i may discover and then perhaps if i get lucky and i do discover something extra i will have the luxury to come at the forums and play it a genious calling the less lucky people idiots. 
Or perhaps i may not...
